Niels van der Noll (1961) is responsible for the Amsterdam office: DUPI Amsterdam B.V. He had been working as P&I Clubs correspondent at Amsterdam for 15 years, when he joined the company as per 1 January 2009. Niels has graduated from Utrecht University in International Relations. He has a minor in Russian language and literature.
