Niels van der Noll (1961) is responsible for the Amsterdam office: DUPIAmsterdam B.V.  He had been working as P&I Clubs correspondent atAmsterdam for 15 years, when he joined the company as per 1 January2009. Niels has graduated from Utrecht University in InternationalRelations. He has a minor in Russian language and literature.
